Hydrogen Power

Hydrogen is derived from the water (H2 0) molecule by an electrolysis process. The hydrogen gas is captured and compressed and stored in high pressure containment vessels (generally carbon fiber wrapped tanks) The hydrogen can serve as an energy carrier to provide electrical energy using a fuel cell or it can be used as the fuel for a internal combustion engine.  The M-2 Hydrogen Fuel System produces hydrogen which is stored on board or in auxiliary pressure tanks. The hydrogen can then be used for various applications. The two areas of  application are illustrated below.
